Where do the reviews come from?
ReviewLens saves Amazon India product details and top-review samples through OpenWeb Ninja, Google Shopping reports through SerpApi, and Amazon samples through Apify. Source labels and links appear as provided. Coverage varies by product and country; Amazon, Flipkart, Reddit or any other specific website is not guaranteed.
How is the verdict calculated?
For Google Shopping reports, we use the reported combined product rating. Amazon top-review samples receive a limited-evidence label; Amazon listing ratings can combine variants. Imported samples do not receive an overall verdict without an aggregate rating. With at least 20 reported ratings: 4–5 is generally well reviewed, 3–3.9 is mixed, and below 3 suggests considering alternatives. Smaller or missing counts receive “Not enough evidence.” This is a rating-based assessment, not a guarantee or an AI test of product quality.
Are all reviews and sources included?
No. We display the written reviews returned by the provider and remove exact duplicate text. The reported aggregate count can be much larger. Source averages describe only retrieved reviews, and seller ratings do not affect the verdict. Review authenticity and syndicated duplicates are not fully verified.
